Our Mission:

To give a media voice to the underprivileged and minority communities and individuals by inviting them to be panelist on our panel discussion TV WEEKLY program “PASSION FOR TRUTH” which is being produced and aired on the cable community TV channels of Washington DC metropolitan area (the most powerful city of the world).

To define the TRUE DEMOCRACY by picking subjects of discussion by which the panelists will compare the working of the present democracies of the world. Democracy cannot be achieved by elections alone but must also have the democratic institutions to ensure the Rule of Law, Protection of Minorities and Human rights etc. The yard-stick to check any other democracy in the world can be the working of democracy of the United States of America.

Since 1993 ”PASION FOR TRUTH” is also an avenue for networking between like minded organizations to establish and nurture meaningful projects and dialogues - whether social, cultural or political- to promote essential democratic institutions in all so-called democracies of the world, harmony, understanding and reciprocity in our villages, towns and cities.

”PASSION FOR TRUTH” promotes a common vision based on the belief that the freedom of speech is the basic right of each and every individual in the world.

Accordingly, “PASSION FOR TRUTH” has sought to fulfill its mission not only by informing, and educating but also by participating in cross cultural and political exchanges to ensure that the promises and benefits of democracy are realized by all.

We at “PASSION FOR TRUTH” believe that the development of enlightened and progressive societies can be made possible by socially conscious groups of people who make a commitment to develop and direct human potential.

PASSION FOR TRUTH has produced and broadcast some 450-500 TV programs on various subjects affecting the community. It is also archiving a number of these TV programs on the Internet and are available for viewing all over the world by people who can gain information to pursue the spiritual, social, political, and economic uplifting of the underprivileged and minority communities.

The driving force for civic responsibility that permeates PASSION FOR TRUTH is based on the idea of “Service for the good of all mankind” irrespective of race, religion creed, sex or age.

PASSION FOR TRUTH is an English language weekly panel discussion program, which has been modeled after the famous American TV programs, like Crossfire, McLaughlin Group, Capital Gang and/or Washington week in review.

These TV shows deal with issues of Religious, Social, Economic, Political, Human Rights and other related matters.

The panelists are mostly:

* Present and former high U.S. and other Government officials, like from White House, State Department, Capital Hill, US Member of Congress, US Immigration & Naturalization Service, Canadian Minister of National Revenue, Indian Embassy Minister of Community Affairs, MD, Asstt. Attorney General, DC US Attorney, DC Metropolitan Police Chief, Indian Member of Parliament and State Assembly, Pakistan Member National Assembly, Ambassador etc.

The Program captures active participation of various religious group representatives (Christian, Jewish, Catholic, Hindu, Sikh and Muslim etc) and other South Asian (India, Pakistan, Bangla Desh, Afghanistan etc) leaders and representatives. The discussion is open, non-restrictive, unrehearsed and no-nonsense hold bars. The subjects cover a wide variety of topics, from political to religious, social, etc. In short, it stimulates a variety of viewers interested in grasping the fundamentals of South Asian countries and their contrast to American ideals.
